Offer and order
Our offers and order confirmations are non-binding with regard to price, delivery options and delivery times. .
Deliveries and delivery times
The maximum delivery time for the items is usually 2-4 working days. In no case does exceeding the delivery period justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
Part deliveries are permitted. Unless otherwise requested, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping option. Express deliveries, fragile deliveries or cash on delivery deliveries will be charged additionally. If the goods are lost during shipping, the provider cannot be held liable.
Prices and Payment
The prices are strictly net.
All shipments are only delivered against cash on delivery, invoice or prepayment.
Our calculation does not include discounts, therefore early payment never entitles to deduction.
The goods remain the property of InsideOut Tennis Goranov until they have been paid for in full.
Retention of title; On Bill; Right of retention
- In the case of consumers, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
- You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognized by us. In addition, you only have a right of retention if and to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
- If the customer is in arrears with any payment obligations, all existing claims are due immediately.
Guarantee and liability
Complaints of any kind must be reported immediately, but no later than 5 working days after receipt of the goods.
Any warranty claims by the purchaser are limited to the scope of the manufacturer's warranty.
The delivery must be checked immediately upon receipt and any delivery errors must be reported in writing within 5 working days. After this period, the return is no longer possible.
Conclusion of contract / communication
The customer's order includes an offer to conclude a contract, which the company accepts by shipping the ordered goods. The company reserves the right not to accept the order.
The company generally informs and communicates via email. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Transfer of risk, transport and insurance
The company delivers exclusively to valid postal addresses within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the EU.
If the customer picks up the goods on the company's premises, the risk of accidental loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over. If the company sends the goods to the customer, the risk is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the customer by the carrier. If the delivered products have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, the customer is obliged to immediately rectify the relevant defects
The cancellation
Orders can be canceled in writing within 5 days of the order being placed. The goods are to be returned to InsideOut Tennis Goranov in Wollerau at the customer's expense within 5 days of the customer's notification.
Exchange
We draw your attention to the fact that we are not obliged to take back goods for money if you do not like them. We make use of our right to take back or replace goods for a voucher or for other goods of the same value.
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. After that, the voucher and its value expire.
Retention of title
All goods ordered by the customer remain the property of the company until the purchase price has been paid in full. The customer has to keep the goods in a resalable condition up to this point in time. The company is entitled to have the retention of title entered in accordance with Art. 715 ZGB at the customer's respective place of residence.
Defects
The customer must check the goods for completeness and report obvious defects (transport damage see above) to the company immediately after receipt, at the latest after 5 days. Otherwise the delivery is deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
Withdrawal from the contract / right of return
In the event of spelling or calculation errors, the company is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This also applies if the prices have been calculated incorrectly by the company and the supplier.
Refund Policy

Place of jurisdiction
All obligations arising from the contractual relationship are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the contractual relationship as well as its origin and effectiveness is Wollerau.
